Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your RIDGID tools in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
